I was lucky enough to spend last week in New York with one of my favourite beauty brands, Dior. I’m going to post a blog post all about it next week, along with a Get Ready With Me video from the Dior Poison party, but today I wanted to share some outfit pictures I took whilst out there. Just as we stopped to take them, it started snowing too – magical!
This is one of my favourite outfits I’ve worn recently. The coat is one that I picked up in the ASOS sale (I think it’s still available, although it comes up very big, so if you’re thinking of getting one I would recommend going down a size!) it’s an absolute bargain though, less than £40 and I love the long, duster style and pale grey colour – it’s so easy to wear and goes with everything. Sadly the gorgeous black and white top (which I wore as a waistcoat) was only loaned from Dior for my trip, but I’m totally obsessed with it. I layered it over a long-line white shirt and my favourite leather leggings (these ones are from Maje, but a couple of years old) and my new favourite ankle boots that I picked up whilst in Canada. They are from a brand called Want Les Essentials (find them here), whose women’s collection isn’t available in the UK yet, but I have a feeling that won’t be the case for too long as their accessories are gorgeous and incredible quality too. I was also lucky enough to borrow the stunning metallic Diorama bag from the Dior team, which I think made the perfect final touch to the outfit.
